Terms of Service for Monthly Subscription Packages
By subscribing to one of our monthly packages (Studio Essentials Membership, Studio Pro Membership, Studio Platinum Membership), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1️⃣ Subscription and Payment
a) Your subscription to a monthly package will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
b) You authorize New Royalty Records LLC to charge your preferred payment method for the package price at the beginning of each subscription period.
c) If your payment method fails, you will have 7 days to provide an alternative payment method or your subscription will be canceled.
2️⃣ Monthly Hours and Rollover
a) Each package includes a specific number of studio hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
b) Additional hours beyond the included hours in your package can be purchased at the discounted rate specified in your chosen membership package.
c) Studio Platinum Membership allows sharing of the allotted monthly hours with other artists. Studio Essentials and Studio Pro Memberships do not permit sharing hours with other artists. The transfer of hours to other artists is strictly prohibited, except for the allotted monthly hours in the Studio Platinum Membership.
d) Additional hours purchased beyond the included hours in the Studio Platinum Membership cannot be shared with other artists.
e) All memberships allow subscribers to use their allotted hours for sessions involving featured artists or collaborations on the subscriber's records.
3️⃣ Booking and Cancellations
a) Priority booking is provided for subscribers, with the booking window varying based on your chosen package.
b) Subscribers are responsible for booking their own sessions using the booking system or the priority booking hotline, where applicable.
c) Subscribers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in the loss of the reserved hours without refund or credit.
4️⃣ Discounts
a) Each package includes a specific discount on additional services or rentals. The discount is applied to the standard rates for these services or rentals and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
5️⃣ Conduct and Studio Usage
a) Subscribers must adhere to New Royalty Records LLC's rules and regulations regarding studio usage, safety, and conduct.
b) New Royalty Records LLC reserves the right to terminate a subscription and revoke studio access for any subscriber who fails to comply with these rules and regulations.
6️⃣ Termination by New Royalty Records LLC
a) New Royalty Records LLC reserves the right to terminate a subscriber's membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the Terms of Service, violation of studio rules and regulations, or non-payment of fees.
b) In the event of termination by New Royalty Records LLC, the subscriber will be notified in writing, and any prepaid fees for unused portions of the subscription will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
7️⃣ Changes to Packages
a) New Royalty Records LLC may, at its discretion, modify the packages, pricing, or terms of service. Subscribers will be notified of any changes and will have the option to cancel their subscription if they do not agree to the changes.
8️⃣ Cancellation and Refunds
a) You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to New Royalty Records LLC before the start of the next subscription period.
b) Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not provided. In the event of cancellation, access to package benefits will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
